Q.  How do I order on your store?

A.  Simply find the products you want, the quantity, color/description etc., and click the "Add to cart" button or "Buy Now" button. And when you have added all your products, click the "Checkout" button.

Fill your shipping and billing information. Tax may be collected, depending on your location. If we are offering a Free Shipping promotion, then shipping will be free at checkout, where shipping will be calculated as $0.00.

Next, you will be directed to PayPal, one of the most trusted payment processors, to complete the order at the PayPal website. There you can either log in to your PayPal account or scroll to check out as a guest using your credit card. Your card information in stored only with PayPal.  InStylePieces would not know, or store your credit card information. 

We'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible, and a tracking # will be sent to your email address.

Q.  Is your online store secure with my personal information?

A.  Absolutely!  We use SSL, security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted.  InStylePieces do not know or store your credit card information.

It is processed using PayPal and it will be used one time only upon purchasing of your product.  Then your credit card information will be purged. We have a seasoned relationship with PayPal, that we have been using consistently and reliably, since 2003.

Q.  How do I check the status of my order?

A.  Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed.  Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.  You may also click the order status link we sent you to find the real-time update of your shipment. Or enter your tracking # on our home page at the "Order Lookup" button. If you did not receive the order tracking number, or did not find any updates under our order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q.  How long does shipment take?

A.  Our warehouses are located around the world.  For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days.  For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q.  Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
